Driveways and parking lots are engineered for load and longevity, with typical 3,500–4,000 PSI mixes, fiber or rebar reinforcement, and control joints at proper spacing. For gravel driveways, we install geotextile where needed, build a compacted aggregate base, and shape the crown for runoff, with options for dust control and edging.
Sidewalks and patios can be finished to suit your style and traction needs: broom, exposed aggregate, stamped textures, or integrally colored concrete. We set consistent slopes for drainage, form crisp edges, and apply sealers that enhance appearance while protecting against moisture and de-icing chemicals.
Structural features receive special attention. Retaining walls are built with proper footing depth, drainage rock, filter fabric, and weeps; segmental walls can include geogrid reinforcement. Foundation grading uses laser-guided benchmarks for correct fall away from structures. Slab foundations include vapor barriers, rebar or wire mesh, anchor placements, and optional post-tension systems as specified.
